Gotta up your core frequency since abs and obliques are postural muscles its better to train them every single day, weighted crunches are good, and forearms are giga important train them twice per week with heavy loads the brachioradialis responds super well to that type of training i like ending my pulling days with heavy reverse grip curlsyeah i got my split down to perfection for me so i keep it optimal 2 exercises for chest 3 for shoulders 1 for biceps 2 for triceps 3 for back 4 for legsi hit forearms and abs every once and a while

For legs the most important muscles are glutes and hamstrings mainly because they fix our sedentary lifestyle induced anterior pelvic tilt and when trained they give you that more hunter looking like posture
