4 months of adapalene use gave me noticeable nasolabial folds on one side

Are you using any other drugs? It’s probably sun damage more likely than anything, because adapelene makes your skin more sensitive. Same thing happened to me with Glycolic Acid, didn’t wear sunscreen.

I'm spending at most 5-10 minutes a day in direct sunlight
Also using benzoyl peroxide
I have a legit wrinkle that up close looks like the grand canyon that formed on my left nasolabial folds in these last months

This is what it looks like I'm not bad lighting but sometimes it looks like something a 60 year would have especially from the profile

Had similar shit with tret tbh, used it for a few months & it didn't do shit except make my skin texture worse. Again, probably sun damage & me not caking enough SPF tho

Same, but I took accutane. Didn't wear sunscreen once during it.

This happened to me aswell… I don’t like to wear sunscreen because I’m trying to focus on acne but i guess I should
