4 Premolar Extraction needed

So basically i went to an ortho and she told me she needs to remove 4 premolars, she said its the only option and im starting to get convinced, all of my family have perfect smiles except me..... So I wanted to ask if maybe after the extraction if I get damon braces instead of traditional it could make the situation better

Ask for a palate expander instead to create space
