I've been taking Beta Carotene 25,000 IU (15 mg) since April 1st every morning together with food containing fats.
Today is April 26, 4 weeks have passed and I haven't seen even the slightest changes in my skin undertone. My palms, face, feet, stayed the same, everything. Also taken with Lycopene
It seems like 15 mg is a low dose for changing skin color? And after how many days did the first changes appear for those of you who used beta carotene?
A few details if needed: I have a fast metabolism and low weight for my 6'1, in the recent period of my life is a lot stress and I usually never eat carrots and other carotenoids. So maybe all Vitamin A is just going on needs of the body or deficiencies and not to the skin
Also it is possible that I have low efficiency of BC absorption
