breaking up after being w a fem for 4 years is insane idk its been a year life still feels so weird and ive noticed im actually alone as fuck and everyone told me get in gym right after I didn't until like 2 months ago and shit dont even help im jus getting bigger and still alone and sad. its like I have to rewire my brain I still wait for her texts knowing she won't bc she moved on and im jus depressed and can't even catch feelings for any btch even if I try tbh idk if ill ever be same

yeah I think it jus hurts worse because she cheated n shi and I try gettin better I distract myself everyday to not deal with it and it just hits at night
