I started taking photos in March
I stayed losing in January
In that pic I had lost 14 kg

@BrendioEEE did you remove loose skin? I’ve read it tightens up eventually if you gain muscle

Nah, I may have lost a lot of weight, but I still gotta lose more, I might actually be good in a few months or less which is really surprising. I'll definitely reach my goal weight before the end of the year though. When I do, i'm going to try and do a pretty long fast, I hear that can help with loose skin aswell, i'll be trying the fast in January.

How do u even get that heavy? I’ve eaten like 5 meals a day for years and I’m still 143 pounds.

Fasting apparently does help with moisture and shrinking the skin, you mean a water fast right?
this looks promising but I don’t know how reliable it is for non ab loose skin

Bad childhood with 0 physical activity, pretty much relied on food, video games, and research to cope. I think I stopped growing in height by 15/16 aswell, and by that point I was already overweight, so by 18, I think that was when I reached like 410lb as my last recorded weight, but I might have been even bigger, and you can imagine at 5'5, that's insane.

I'm still overweight but I can see my penis and lift my legs over my head.
