yeah here’s the full guide (sorry for late response)




this guide will be unlike anything you've ever seen before

rotate your bed perfectly for sleeping so it is north to south (feet point towards north and head towards south)

raw primal diet
self explanatory

grounding naked in the sun

sungazing (will strengthen eye fibers and muscle recovery from perma squinting and will improve hooding tilt/canthal tilt while massively boosting health)

1. DISTANCE & POSITIONING
