Bro one of my hamza obsessed freinds grew over 3 inches since i introduced to meditating cold showers and no fap. I talked to him and he claims to have a gained 1.7 inches from no fap 0.4 inches from meditation and 0.9 inches from cold showers
He said he started his journey with this routine:
-30 mins meditation
-5 mins cold showers lowest temperature
-15 sets of no fap to failure per week
Damn hamza was right all along i think and even the girls said he got taller after summer and shit. Ima copy his routine and update you guys about how it goes.
