I’m 15 yrs old and recently been bonesmashing my zygos and jaw for 5 minutes a day,only with my fist.Im staying away from a hammer due to risks of losing symmetry,and I’m thinking about having a day off on Sundays for rest.What can I do to improve this routine?Should the amount of time and how often I’m doing it change?Serious answers would be appreciated.Thanks.If anyone wants a reference picture of me check previous threads
