5 piece mandible with custom genio ?

Is it possible to do a custom genio (geniogiant or mini chinwing) at the same time as a 5 piece mandible osteotomy ?

My mandible is giga narrow, just like my palate (camo ortho dogshit early teen). I need the height and very importantly the width for my chin. It’s very short and narrow

I’m already aware of that. That’s not the problem. Nobody seems to know if you can do a mini chin wing the same time as a 5 piece. My jaw is far too narrow ( jutting or opening is not enough, which should tell how narrow it is)

Isn’t that only a normal genio ( or a geniopauly which is pretty close) ? The width doesn’t really look changed here. Especially in comparison with your geniogiant and other types of custom genios at least. Here’s three you posted :
