Kinda worried i wont be as lean as i want to for my vacation

You can lose up to 1% of your bodyweight per week.
Bodyweight - 99% = X lbs per week
X * 3500 = Y calories per week
Y/7 = your max daily deficit

You can go as far as 1.5%, but then you run into a possibility of losing muscle mass.

Pff around 2100 these days since ive just been ldar for weeks after exams lol
well supposedly a 500 calorie deficit loses 1kg every 2 weeks, so youd lose like 3 kgs by the time of ur vacation. obv you could just starvemax 1000 calories a day and lose like 7 kgs but it wouldnt be very fun lol so up to u
