5’4 15yrs on ais good or bad

So ive been put on ai by my doctor(1mg anastrozole every day) but ive been reading the side effects and im not sure if its worth it. main side effects im concerned about is bone density and brain development. i also plan to take hgh in the near future if my dad lets me i already convinced my mom. im fairly sure im a late bloomer since my dad was and my bone age is lower than my age. i can’t remember what exactly cuz i did that shit like two years ago so i gotta do a new one and so im really just not sure if its worth it since im probably a late bloomer anyways. i have already started puberty btw.
