Do sports (helps development of body)
Eat a foods rich in Vitamin B,C also get a good protein intake daily (2-3 Eggs)
You also gotta eat red meat
Dont rush and hardmaxx yet wait and start when your 16 because biologically your body is already near the end of your development hope this helps
