I’m 5’4 and almost 17, I probably hit puberty at 5th-6th grade. Is there anything I could do that would actually make a significant difference.

Go to an endocrinologist, get bloodwork, ask if you can get hgh prescribed and get an x ray. Theres a small chance you can still grow.
