had my biggest growth spurt at 13 - 14 grew 22 cm (8 and half inch), what should i change and if possible give me a good diet suggestions

Mostly just eat alot and get good sleep

(Although i had really shitty sleep since 14)

prioritize protein and get alot of calcium

Make sure you get vitamin D and zinc aswell
