5'6 at 15 is it over

I've never had a growth spurt, i'm 15 yo and am currently standing at 5'6. my diet was shitty throughout most of my middle school years and i had an ed so i would consistently be eating 0-500 calories a day for months at a time. I've only grown an inch in the last half a year and i've noticed my growth is starting to slow down. Parents are 5'10 and 5'5 btw (both grandpas are roughly 6 ft) Is it over?
