To be honest, I don't sleep well. I eat about 1700-2000 calories 2-3 times a day.

sleep 8 hour a day (deep sleep which is 4 hours into sleep releases HGH)

also swim alot it helps

don't take HGH until 19 or 20
as you were late for puberty your growth plates will close later then others
