Currently at around 173cm at 15. Parents are 170 and 178. How would I testosteronemaxx for more bone mass? I’m at a high BF so cutting weight would help but wouldn’t it slow HGH production? Need help.

do not cut weight yet your at prime age to be eating correctly for optimal height and bone growth HGH production relies on consumption

No. Right now you should be eating in a slight surplus with balanced macros. You’re still in your peak growth window. Prioritize whole foods, protein for repair, carbs for fuel, and fats for hormones. Cutting carbs at 15 will just tank your energy and limit HGH release. High intensity training is fine but don’t overdo it. Focus on compound lifts, sleep hard, keep insulin sensitivity in check, and your natty test and growth hormone will take care of the rest.

no you will see a minor increase in natural test on day 7 of no fap but it will return to baseline

Long-term optimal for test at your age is super simple eat enough, train, sleep 8–10 hours, minimize junk dopamine, and keep body fat in a healthy range without starving yourself. You’re in the window where your habits literally build your hormonal baseline for the next decade. Don’t waste it.

Thank you for the advice 🙏 I’ll start implementing it and hopefully I can reach 6 feet by the next year or so as I haven’t hit a growth spurt yet.
