It says it right there 15.5

take an xray and look at your growth plates and see if they are fused or very close to fusing, if so your likely not to grow taller but 5'10 is not a bad height

you can go a few months without noticeable growth and then grow again at 15.5 and 5'10 you could still have some height left I would recommend you get a Xray to be sure
