i literally started a 0.5 mg fin dosage yesterday and plan to take in Monday, Wednesday Fridays only to try and limit sides will still getting DHT reduction

It has a diminishing returns effect so even 0.5 is like 70 percent as effective as 1mg

U could even take 0.25 mg and use a pill cutter to save money and it won’t be massively different than taking 1mg

As for side effects, I noticed slightly painful balls for the first week then it went away and I’ve been on for like 2.5 - 3 years

long term sides are cope

Thickened up my existing hair, it was kinda getting bad before but literally no one could there’s anything wrong with my hair now

Minoxidil is gonna be the main growth stimulant but u need to be on fin cause any potential growth u get from min will be offset eventually but DHT still raping ur hair

tbh if u wanna be fully safe just get ur bloodwork done and check ur free test levels along with other shit like estrogen, prolactin and if ur in normal range and not on the edge u should be chilling. Then as ur on finasteride u could go get bloodwork monthly to monitor everything.
