I am 6 foot 3 but what makes it seem like I’m not? Also I know I’m fat and got acne I have eyes, but aside from that what are some issues?

I’m not really sure what my body fat percentage is but my bmi is 33. I’m not lying about my height or weight but what makes it seem like I am?
