i heard that palate expander only work when you are a kid and i said im 19 AND i already had braces when i was 12y to 14y so wearing angain braces will pmo ngl and wearing braces at 19 is a little weird

upper and lower palate expander if you have acces to that, or visit ur local dentist or JS HARDMAX
