25 BMI is best for each height, 23-24 can be twinkish unless physiquemaxxed with 6-8% BF.
Most people IRL are skinny fat or obese in the West these days so being better proportioned than skinny fats and leaner than obese people will make you look great to most foids. Also shoulder to waist is king but water of course.
