6'0-6'1/183-185cm,167lbs/76kg, I want to upgrade my physique

I'm 16 (turned in 23 January), Greek and from Germany

And I'm not really satisfied with my physique, so I want to push it to the next level.


My growth plates are probably closed already since I didn't gain any height since last year (probably only like 1-2cm lmao), so I want to start using roids/pharmacy, SAFELY to upgrade my physique.


I'm thinking of running a first cycle with Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate only, something like 200-300mg per week split into 2 injections, I've read that test only is the smartest way for a beginner to minimize sides and see how my body responds, I'll pin with proper sterile technique, obviously.

I also want to add HGH (pharma grade if possible) to help with overall recovery, improve bone density, and maybe widen my clavicles a bit for that wider frame look, I know my growth plates for height are likely fused, but I've seen mentions that clavicles can still respond somewhat and GH can thicken bones/density in general, planning on 2-4 IU daily, maybe ramping up slowly

Big priority for me is keeping my fertility, I'm young, I want to have kids, be sexually active and don’t want any downsides like shrinking balls, low sperm count, or ED that could mess with that, I plan to run HCG on cycle (maybe 250-500 IU 2-3x per week) to keep the them working, and I’m open to HMG if needed for extra FSH support

After the cycle, I’ll obviously do a proper PCT with Clomid/Nolva to recover natural production fast

Before jumping in, I want to get full bloodwork done (test levels, estrogen, lipids, liver/kidney, CBC, etc) but I don't know how it works in germany, and one time i asked my mom if I can do it, but she said It’s like paid or something, but I'm not sure if it's true

I'm Training since I was 13, I do hybrid training, I do calisthenics, weight lifting (at home), swimming and a bit basketbal, my diet is not that perfect lol, I sometimes can go 1-2 times per month to McDonald's, sometimes can eat cheesy Ramen, but I mostly eat whatever my mom cooks and always trying to consume high protein, aiming to sleep 8+ hours, no matter at what time I go sleep.


My Goal is steady lean gains, better fullness, strength jumps, without blowing up with water or crazy sides, I want this to be as safe and healthy as possible, AI on hand if estrogen creeps, no orals for the first one (was thinking about getting mk 677 but heard many times it's ass lmfao)


So what do you think? Any adjustments to the doses? Experiences with HGH + test at my age for frame improvements?

Ok let me help you. First if you're gonna pct its all a waste. You're gonna want to blast and cruise and get off later in life or just do trt. A cycle starting with low test blast dosage is a good idea especially paired with hgh. There is no need of anymore steroids than test paired with hgh. You can use HCG on cycle. This might help keep neurosteroids up to level (not totally necesary, especially at younger age), will keep you fertile on cycle, etc. But this isn't really needed. You can always use it after cycle. There are more documented studies of hcg use for fertility after years and years of blasting compared to using hcg on a blast to keep fertility going. This might matter for things like desentisation of the hcg. Hcg will increase estrogen in the body, which isnt necesarily bad at all but so you know. You should pin everyday and not twice a week. Do 300 MINIMUM for starting, 250 is a high-TRT dosage. Start 300, get blood test, and ramp up to 450-500. Never exceed 600 if you want to stay within the clinically studied range.

DO NOT do 2x a week injection. You need to do AT LEAST 4x a week, it would be better to be 5x a week and IDEAL to do it everyday. I did it twice a week and it resulted in horrible hormonal shifting and some of the worst bloat you could imagine.

Seems fine, if you are trying to put on size you need to have very high protein, you can do 0.8g or 1.2g of protein per lbs of body weight.

I do 200-220g a day. Testosterone increases Protein Synthesis, and Nutrient portioning. When you do 200-220g daily protein your body will use it more effectively for muscle building.

Supraphysiological testosterone doses increase muscle protein synthesis rates by 27-56% in various groups

So you 100% need to check your E2 within 4-8 weeks.

You don't have to start on hCG right away either, I didn't start until 11 weeks in.

I just started on 2 IU's of HGH but yes, there's little downsides at that low of a dose.

I like the advice but i would skip the hcg if i were you.
