The reason why they chose 6'0 over 6'1 is because every 5'8 guy claims to be 6'0. So 5'8 is the actual ideal male height and 6'1 is already too tall

This. You can never be too tall when it comes to women, you just need to be proportionate. It’s just easier to have good ratios and proportions at 6’0 than at 6’4
