smoothies im a fast metabolism small appetite person too if it wernt for the high calorie smoothies i would be anorexic

it depends on everyone what I like you might not like but i will tell you : bananas,strawberries(other fruits) peanut butter, yogurt, nutella(sometimes ig) honey, dates, protein powders, oats, etc.. just make sure it taste good with high calories AND WORK OUT TOOOOO DONT SIT ON UR ASS AND DRINK SMOOTIES ALL DAY!!!!

try not to let your metabolism rest. cycle days where you do insane cardio to keep your body conserving cals and then have days where you're eating 16 hours in a row without working out much (smoothies are a great way to keep your appetite large in between meals throughout the day). chew gum if youre ever too full to keep going.

what do you eat then from my own experience when i went on a carnivore diet and removed carbs from my diet i felt tired
