its not about research I was bigger when I was 10 % than 13-14 percent but I had break from school and was poissed off so much I was training as if my job was training, 1 hour of cardio everyday, training every set as if somebody was going to murder my family and walking 20-30k steps, I had nothing to do and was just mad, to get big at this body fat I dont think the average person wants to train this much most people will end up shrinking at that body fat.los

Your side delts look very lean for some reason so I would leanmax down to define the face more and if you start noticing volume go down in the side delts go a bit slower
