It's a term in regards to how if you get lucky on the apps. You get rewarded galaxy elo, which as a result your profile is shown to many people, many likes, and all your swipes is seen to other users compared to cooked elo like this example where his profile is invisible to the ground despite looking like a total mogger lol.
