I guess it also kind of depends on the country/culture.
There are some countries, where being taller = better. Women have an insane height fetish there. Other countries also want tall guys, but with prettier faces. In those countries, I guess, 6'3 and pretty face is better than 6'8 with average face. I think in the United States 6'3 with pretty face is better than 6'8.
But in the netherlands, I think 6'8 with average face would mog. Atleast, that's what I think.
