I'd say 6'3 can be better if proportionate but 6'1 overall is the ideal for a man.

Guys taller than 6'2 have been known to live exponentially shorter than 5'10 - 6'1 guys.

Guys under 5'10 are more likely for certain health problems as well.

But like I said you can use those methods to appear the same height as a guy one inch taller than you. Of course with zero frauding you will be able to tell the other guy is slightly shorter.

All girls will find you tall and you will be taller than 99% of men.

You usually won’t run into too many issues in day to day life which result from being too tall (like you can still fit in cars for example)

Edit: also forgot to mention that the universe is based around the numbers: 3,6,9. So makes sense that it’s the perfect height.
