The reason people respect gymcels or masc gymcel Chads is because they believe they can become like them one day because anyone can go to the gym. Sure, everyone can go to the gym. But not everyone can live a good life. It's really not that hard to understand the laws of nature.

There's almost 8 billion people alive right now and we don't even need to worry about getting killed by some random attack, or starving to death, or dying out in the cold. If someone is logged in and posting on this forum, I assume they are not suffering with being homeless or currently begging on the streets for survival.

In the past, most people didn't survive. We can't assume their lives were comfy if they had to fight for survival. We unironically live in the "best" times that ever existed in human history, right now. The meaning of life for everyone is probably to "live forever". That's why so many lonely incels live for so long and generally only kill themselves in the 45-60y/o range after all hope runs out. People always say they'll have no purpose anymore once all their family dies, but that's cope. Most people will always voluntarily stay alive and live a horrible life than take their own. The human condition is self-preservation.

In the past, it's never been observably possible to live forever, and the only proxy way to do that is by having kids. The modern day issue isn't about 99.99999% of people living horrible lives in terms of actual survival, it's concerning the probabliistic reality that more, rather than less men WONT pass on their genes to the next generation, and so they will be the last set of genes, the one that failed after 135,000 years. That creates a type of unamendable feeling of guilt where one can't help but to self-blame. It all goes that deep. Normies will always want actual slayers to be dead, and will cope with things like "38 year old Henry Cavill is a slayer not 20 year old Vinnie Hacker". People just don't want the truth to be true.

It's literally to much effort it's better to just save up for jaw surgery literally that result he posted is 3 to 5 years minimum good luck

You can lift for 5 and it changes nothing you need higher loads to induce actual change or the change pleatues of since your body becomes used to the stress and doesn't remodel to deal with the tensile stress

Proggesive overload is when you slowly get your body used to more and more stress this is how strength in the body is built muscle on a cellular level has to be destroyed for muscle to grow.

That is how muscle is built but if you stick to low weights the muscle will stop adapting anything beyond what your already doing.
