I’ve been dropping my calories latley , this was taken at 14% bf , Im currently at around 12-13% now

Yes natrual . Been training consistently for 6 months . I want to achieve a trevor siganrino physique like . No need to take PED’s for now . I dont want to nuke my collagen and premature age

I dropped 30 pounds in 3 months and got to 180. Lots of cycling and dieting, that said you will burn twice as much fat if you run. Find a track on a good day.

Meal 1 : 4 eggs with cheese and a glass of raw milk

Meal 2: 1 can of sardines mixed with another can of tuna , topped with some relish to give it a nice taste .

Meal 3: 1 cup of oats with 1 scoop of protein powder topped with cinnamon and 0 calorie sweetener (Stivia)

Meal 4: ( Post workout meal ) 6 oz of ground turkey with a bag of brown rice with 1 sweet potato . Often i would replace ground turkey with steak , 6oz of white chicken breast , ground beef or telapia and salmon

Meal 5: Okio Protein yougurt with blueberries on top . ( Often replace blueberries with bananas, blackberries and or strawberries )

Meal 6: 4 eggs cooked on animal fat with raw cheese with a glass of goat milk

ps: I try not to take protein powder or any supplements and try to eat natrual whole foods for my protein
