5'11 is the average for zoomers in europe, 6'4-6'5 for where I live is like 1 in 100 young adults (older generation is a lot shorter), so in busy city centres it's really not that rare. To really stand out you would have to be 6'6-6'7 with good frame (6'8-6'9 in the netherlands maybe).
