I’m high LTN ( I’m pretty sure) with subhuman eye area 6’5 and decent frame for halo and looking for any tips but don’t want any surgery or hard maxx some people told me to dye my brows and lean maxx currently I’m about 205 at around 18-19% BF going to go down to 185 12% bf eating a well and PPL (formerly 270 lbs)

The sleep part makes no sense, if I didn’t sleep(which is a vital part of height) how would I be 6’5, 2 I’m pretty sure it’s just genetics bc my dad has the same circles

At 6'5 it's nearly impossible to get jacked without AAS.
True when you’re that tall lean is law bc you’d have to eat insanely healthy and 4k+ cals which isn’t ideal

I literally lose weight eating 5k calories a day to bulk I need to eat 6-8k calories a day that's why I had to hire a coach

My advice to you: Run smth like 300-600 test and GH and run it for like 6 months and eat in a caloric surplus and train hard with the goal of getting stronger on all lifts.

Yeah I grew up mostly eating processed shit but still got insane frame and height, probably due to milk and cheese growing up in the Midwest, my dad is 5’10 and mom is 5’7

That’s crazy bro good for you but yeah I’m not gonna risk it with gear, I asked chat GPT ( (I know) what the best BMI naturally for strength ,speed, vertical jump joint health was, and it said 190 lbs so I’m gonna try to stick with 185-190, for volleyball and basketball, and 209 being the most I would ever go up to again if the situation depended on it

Yeah I am that’s why I only played in college it’s not a huge pro sport here and yeah I had multiple concussions and injuries from it. In college I was around 220 and natty

The gym is really "nerfing" you. You have dark circles under eyes from 0 sleep and all that stress from gym

For 1 I’ve had the circles since I was 6 years old,2 if I don’t get much sleep how would I be tall, 3 I just started the gym within the last month( didn’t lift from ages 0-18 to maximize growth) so that wouldn’t make any sense either, unless you’re just trolling lol

I just gave some very possible options. Also another option u eat vegetables, they inhibit iron and you could have iron deficiency, same with coffee. If you do none of those its truly over because its genetics and u cant change it

Those options are a fair assessment but they all made 0 sense to the post I made, and yes it may be over for my eye area but I’m 6’5 white blonde hair blue eyes and a decent frame, as horrible as that sounds because I sound like a douchebag saying that, I would necessarily say it’s over for me lol
