ascended a luh aswell, just want to know if hopping on and losing my natty card is worth it ive only been training for 7 months

Definitely ifbb potential, like that's elite at 15 after only 7 months
but i need the method bro, I've been working for like a year now but with as little as to no result

How u can train for 7 months when u are not even bulking. be more realistic.

Its bullshit. When u start weight lifting. U WILL NOT gain muscle for 2 month.. Ur neuros will just get adapt. if u want gain actualy muscle. U need to be in surplus, otherwise u muscle gain will be slow as shit. He should be fat in in month 6-7 if he actually worked out for 7 month.

Bulk cut phase take like an one year.

its definitely possible, have seen one or two dude just like him this guy is probably strong as fuck in specific movements like curls or ohps

secondly, his body is just that efficient at using fat reserves

i myself eat whatever the fuck i want within reason and can stay sub 15bf year round. my friend eats shitty ahh food and he is sub10 year round.

yeah literally bro first thing i did was cut and it took like a month and a half but im not peak lean rn and you can’t see my vascularity in that picture either- air how small my chest looks in this btw

If u are not lying. Then u have one of best fucking genetics in the world. Its extremely hard to build muscle with no surpluss. If u bulked u would have 2x bigger body than what u have now.

i know bro i regret it genuinely so much i just wanted to be lean for summer, i’ve been eating shit like plain tinned tuna and boiled eggs, plain chicken and rice everyday to look like this

i have been working out for 5 month and half. I started from 64kg and now im 77kg and IM FATfuck.
