Why do you say that?

I'm not saying that it's optimal, but like 80% of your diet should basically be carnivore, meats, eggs, butter, fish etc. But bad for you?

It's also based for cutting tbh

Our animal product consumption should be in the minority( up to 20%). Protein is the unhealthiest nutrient and causes accelerated aging to our bodies. Humans are adapted to live in an environment of resource scarcity which leads to ultra efficient food consumption patterns. Humans would mainly eat shit like seeds, tubers, nuts, and foraged plants and go out to hunt meat when they needed to repair their bodies from strenuous exercise. The amount of animal protein we have available today is unnatural to our ancestors.
