the swelling raises one side of the nose causing asymmetry and generally my nose is still bulky af and will take another 3-4 months until it will turn into its final form

its causing me pain everyday

i was 73kg at 185cm in that pic, i'm 71kg rn trying to reach 67kg at which i will be actually close to 11%, i might look leanish but i'm still above 15% bf

yes i worked hard on my lower third by chewing spearmint everyday for 4 hours for 13 months straight, invasive surgery tho? nah

It's unoticeable in pics but my rhino was the same and swelling never really changed. That swollen part became scar tissue.
My Columella is also crooked after my rhino, and the scar is still visible.
Going to try get filler to fill the scar and straighten the columella
