Does the right side of the malar implant stick out way more then the left side?
slightly yes. i instantly noticed this. its because he designed the implants symmetrical instead of to my face shape, and my underlying bone structure stuck out more on that side. im hoping with palate expansion i can expand the left side a little more than the right, which should even them out

you need to get some type of skin surgery to reverse aging your skin looks old and hard
Did a co2 laser, starting accutane in a couple days. if that doesnt work ill do a facelift

Won’t u have to remove the implants if u do expansion like marpe or fme

Nope 😈 When I had the revision, Dr Comert had 2 new titanium plate designs for the jaw surgery brackets. one of the designs had no middle piece bridging the two halves. I told him I'd prefer that one so i could get the palate expansion, so he used that one. so when we expand, the two halves will move independently, no need to remove anything

if you plan on getting a palate expansion just for your teeth/smile, I would reconsider, a palate expander is not much of a cosmetic procedure and will easily descend you, it will make your nasal cavity waaaay wider changing your nose and push your whole upper face out and make those already obvious gaps in your teeth even more obvious and spaced

a good set of veneers will be 10x the ROI and result than palate expansion, giving you a flawless set of a perfect white smile without any changes to your nose or face

even the best case scenario result of the palate expander on your teeth / smile is incomparable to a good set of veneers on them, night and day difference

Ears Pinned

you should consider having your ears pinned back too, huge noticable improvement and difference with such a small change would be high ROI

I have seen someone else mention this before. I was hoping itd push my whole face around there out; my pyriform area is really weak; i was going to augment this area. do you have any examples where the palate expansion made someones mid face look worse? id definitely want to see

would that allow me to have more than a 6 tooth smile?

Have you gotten your palate measured since you're so set on MARPE? Marpe also can often end up highly assymetrical and its usually recommended to do that before doing a double jaw surgery so assymetry can be corrected using a segmental lefort as far as im aware.
