AC-262 Cycle Review
Wanted to share my experience running an 8 week AC-262 cycle. Posting my results, setup, and a few notes for anyone considering it.
Cycle Details
Compound: AC-262
Dose: 20mg/day
Duration: 8 weeks
PCT: Enclomiphene 12.5mg (week 7–8 + 2 weeks post-cycle)
Timing: Taken every day after breakfast
Diet
Aimed for recomp, not a bulk.
-Protein: ~2.2g per kg bodyweight
-Calories: maintenance
-Clean, consistent meals, nothing extreme
Start weight: ~75kg
End weight: ~80kg
Training
Progressive overload all the way through.
Strength went up in nearly every session
Some lifts I almost doubled the weight of what I started with by the end.
Side Effects
Honestly, barely any.
If anything, all sides were positive:
-Stronger pumps
-Better focus and motivation/stim effects (lasts about 4 hours after intake)
-Stable mood
-No noticeable suppression, no hair shedding, no acne
The only negative thing I noticed was that I had trouble falling asleep during the first week. Therefore, I started taking a low dose of melatonin in the evening, which solved the problem immediately.
PCT with Enclo was probably not even worth it. During cycle I had no crash or drop in energy/libido.
Before & After Pics
	
	From Skinny fat to somewhat muscular. Gained some decent amount of Size, especially in my chest, shoulders and arms. Obviously nothing special like it would have been with test but for basically zero side effects im satisfied with the result.
Conclusion
AC-262 kinda surprised me, mild but very effective for a recomp.
Strength and muscle improved pretty fast, with zero sides.
Would I consider running it again?
Probably no because I already plan my next cycle with test. I would recommend it though for everyone who is looking for extreme Low Risk/Medium Reward.
My next plan now is to get very lean, as I obviously have too high
body fat percentage at the moment. My goal is around 9-11%. Might start with Reta for that.
