AC-262 Cycle Review

Wanted to share my experience running an 8 week AC-262 cycle. Posting my results, setup, and a few notes for anyone considering it.

Cycle Details

Compound:
AC-262
Dose: 20mg/day
Duration: 8 weeks
PCT: Enclomiphene 12.5mg (week 7–8 + 2 weeks post-cycle)
Timing: Taken every day after breakfast

Diet

Aimed for recomp, not a bulk.
-Protein: ~2.2g per kg bodyweight
-Calories: maintenance
-Clean, consistent meals, nothing extreme

Start weight: ~75kg
End weight: ~80kg

Training

Progressive overload all the way through.
Strength went up in nearly every session
Some lifts I almost doubled the weight of what I started with by the end.


Side Effects

Honestly, barely any.
If anything, all sides were positive:

-Stronger pumps
-Better focus and motivation/stim effects (lasts about 4 hours after intake)
-Stable mood
-No noticeable suppression, no hair shedding, no acne
The only negative thing I noticed was that I had trouble falling asleep during the first week. Therefore, I started taking a low dose of melatonin in the evening, which solved the problem immediately.
PCT with Enclo was probably not even worth it. During cycle I had no crash or drop in energy/libido.

From Skinny fat to somewhat muscular. Gained some decent amount of Size, especially in my chest, shoulders and arms. Obviously nothing special like it would have been with test but for basically zero side effects im satisfied with the result.

Conclusion

AC-262 kinda surprised me, mild but very effective for a recomp.
Strength and muscle improved pretty fast, with zero sides.
Would I consider running it again?
Probably no because I already plan my next cycle with test. I would recommend it though for everyone who is looking for extreme Low Risk/Medium Reward.

My next plan now is to get very lean, as I obviously have too high
body fat percentage at the moment. My goal is around 9-11%. Might start with Reta for that.

not worth it for ac262 imo
that would be my biggest concern tbh. the potential suppression is the exact reason I choose ac262

I just havent taken it cuz im getting surgery so I wont lift for a while so taking stuff just to lose the gains is pointless

is sarms the same as test or roids where the body will stop naturally producing T naturally and you have to stay on that shit for the rest of your life if you want to have any testosterone at all

no they only temporarily suppress T levels while youre using them and some milder sarms may barely suppress you at all. A proper PCT restores your test to base right after the cycle.

Do you have ANY idea how to train at all? You tracking your food/macros? Taking creatine? High Quality Sleep? Watching legit youtubers like Kinobdy or Alpha Destiny?

You retarded kids are taking random drugs and possibly destorying test levels to still like like complete DYELs. Go learn to train proper before wasting your time with this shit retard

I did research on sbl b4 the cycle so my training was good. I tracked every single calorie and protein during the cycle. Had high quality sleep because the cycle was mid semester break so I could sleep as long as I wanted (9hrs+).
And why are you acting like I took fucking rad140? Its a mild sarm and did NOTHING to my test levels as I stated in the thread.

You need to learn to lift and track food first before doing random drugs, yes SARMS are drugs not Vitamin C gummies. Kinobody is a gret person to learn from initially
