I’m boxing 14 years so my body has got used to dropping weight fast also I got from 89-76 naturally and then from 76-67 1mg of Reta a week for 4 weeks

eh u look quite similiar just a bit inflammed from drinking alcohol. 89 to 67kg is wild u probably lost so much muscle, why on earth would u cut that low in probably a short period of time.

U literally weigh as much as me and u look above 6ft and im only 5'10
