This may not be for everyone, but indoor cycling and cardio have changed my life.

I have met incredible / hot women.

No more stupid roided gym junkies to see on a daily basis.

I have become much more lean (which is KING for the face)

After a sweaty high intensity indoor cycling class, you leave feeling so good.

Anxiety has gone down in massive levels I never thought before.

Now I consider this part of my life.

I go to a soulcycle type indoor cycling studio in Marbella, Spain which is where I live.

Try it yourself and change your life. Dump the traditional gym.

I do treadmill for an hour after weightlifting. Since then I feel my strength increases faster and I weirdly feel less tired. Cardio is amazing, I can't understand the people who stupidly try to bulk up.

I only go to the gym to get an intense sweat cycling session these days tbh

I feel much better when I sweat all that excess water
 
Not bad advice if you have low SMV, when I go to the gym I get IOIs from literally every last female in the gym, even in front of their boyfriends.
But yes, people should also focus on getting some cardio done to drop body fat and dopaminemax.
Cardio girls disgust me though.

Solid its true. Its not for everybody and yes they are skinny as fuck but also hot for me. Who's the girl in your Bio?

Weightlifting is always better than cardio. U will end up skinny fat with saggy skin
