Is extremly botched. Once in a bluemoon does it look good. Like sure a normal rhino on big ass fat nose can look good but all other surgery usually looks dog shit. Surgery is so cope its insane.

The thing is half of looks is amgularity and looking lean with good soft tissue. Surgery somehow remove this very often. Ita subtle but noticable. Some people even cope post op to themselves but its gone.

The beat one can do is to stay away from surgery and do fillers, because fillers is one of the only things that keeps soft tissue and can add angularity. Fuck off with everything else, you will never see a surgery maxxer going viral on tiktokt for looks. Because it looks so shit, but you will see almost everyone having done fillers

people cope with "maintaining" filler but there is always long-term filler u can do for like 5 years and maintaining that is the same as maintaining any jaw surgery or implant
