Welcome back lads. I have retired the substack and returned because frankly u guys need me & I need u. What is the point of victory without an audience?

I been hitting abs too much, 3x/wk
I been doing pullups on the swingset outside and incline pushups for upper chest + situps thats about it 3x week to failure and beyond 2-3x times w/a preworkout
heres the plan, we get gym membership and overcompensate for mild pectus with upper chest for huge tits and delts to widen out the 17inch bidelt.
also eventually working up to 2g/gear and 10iu hgh + a few epigenetic modulators to max framewidening and spinal appositional thickening (roughly 18-24) in men.
Think controlled acromegaly.
Crux of cycle will be test base, nandrolone, and tren.
