I been hitting abs too much, 3x/wk

I been doing pullups on the swingset outside and incline pushups for upper chest + situps thats about it 3x week to failure and beyond 2-3x times w/a preworkout

heres the plan, we get gym membership and overcompensate for mild pectus with upper chest for huge tits and delts to widen out the 17inch bidelt.

also eventually working up to 2g/gear and 10iu hgh + a few epigenetic modulators to max framewidening and spinal appositional thickening (roughly 18-24) in men.

Think controlled acromegaly.

Crux of cycle will be test base, nandrolone, and tren.

since est. ~1960 avg T of man has decreased a little over 1% every year, that is, american kids typically have HALF the hormonal profile of their fathers and consistently lack the attitude, physique, facial aesthetics and general dimorphism of their fathers. The boys are being femininized

That was my original reason for looking into lifting, hormones and TRT. I was/am late bloomer and most of the zoomers around me are as well. So general population is chronically emasculated for huge pile of reasons mainly from diet and little things + lifestyle choices

Lifting. period. Lifting, especially when developing masculinizes not only the male body but the brain and attitude as well. compared to every other form of physical exercise lifting blows all of them out of the water. Upregulates androgen sensitivity, IGF-1 (growth hormone.) sensitivity, keeps brain and neurological system healthy, something like 70% effective at controlling mental health related things such as depression (only second to dancing,) this is literally more effective than SSRIs mind altering medication I believe.

So lifting weights and secondary masculine features such as face & height esp in puberty and even late developmental period is connected.

If u lift young, you will be more masculine, healthier and both mentally sharp AND healthy than other people.

Intellectuals have looked for ways to keep the brain healthy besides acute physical stress from exercise because people hate working out, they haven't found a solution.

I would go as far to say if u r man you need to lift. The upregulation of growth factors, and things like "the pump" physical high you get from lifting weights isn't really something women can experience, The aesthetic ceiling for men is higher than it is for women.

Now, as for androgens and pharmacology. If the avg T of man has been cut in half, why would I bother to play fair by "softmaxxing," dietary nonsense, run in forest meditate half an hour and eat organ meats to fix my hormones.

Not only is the "aesthetic ceiling" higher for men than it is for women, but so is the pharmacologic. Yea I could put together an HRT stack for girls maybe it give u fatter ass or something, but for men, so many things can be changed. Increase in muscle density, muscle fiber individual count, the changing of skeletal proportions, thickening of brow ridge, lower mandible, redistribution of facial fat, hypertrophy of facial muscles, facial hair, chest hair, thickening of brows, secondary sexual characteristics, vascularity in hands, zygomatic thickening blablablabla all these things can be changed assuming u r still growing, and in women they are not. I view roiding as a risk I have the privilege of taking if that makes sense.

Yes there are also plenty ancillaries to mitigate most if not all of the noticeable longterm effects from AAS.

There is no TRT, no medical solution to the problem of decrease in testosterone, TRT ignores the HPG axis, nukes neurosteroid profile, makes you temporarily infertile, by the time I figured out that there was no easy solution I was already cycling mainly for reasons above.

I agree with the general consensus of your post. However you have to still weigh out the pros and cons given your age (the most important part). Have you had your testosterone measured? You are at the highest natural production in your life from post puberty to early 20’s. If you had your testosterone checked and it’s 600+, why not stay natural for a bit longer? Why replace a perfectly functioning system with something exogenous? Also there is soooo much controversy surrounding ancillaries and their reactions to developing individuals that i’m not even sure I have a concrete understanding yet. Nuking DHT, crashing e2 (if ur retarded), fucking with your cholesterol, liver health, and endocrine system as a whole, etc,. Is it worth it at 18-21? I’m curious to hear your reasoning. im not on any 5ar orals, just ket shampoo + conditioner and topical fin (soon.) ive used topical anti androgen RU58841 but topical fin should work.

thats exactly why, theres asymmetric risk and reward to using PEDS during development as the results are permanent whereas post 24 they are not.
