The easiest and best starter looksmax is LifeStyle here are some healthy habits that anybody can benefit from picking up
- Getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep (a must do)
- Having a balanced diet duh
- Going out side in the sun while wearing sunscreen of course
- Being hydrated
- Being Lean(lean is life)
- Eliminating alcohol entirely from your life
- Avoiding vapes,cigarettes and conventional drugs
- Getting in 10k steps a day
Isotretinoin (often known by Accutane) is a strong medicine used to treat acne,especially when other treatments haven’t worked.
common side effects are dry skin, dry lips and dry eyes
can be found in any pharmacy prescription free its also pretty cheap for how effective it is.Mostly available as an oral medication; gel(topical) forms existed but are now uncommon.
if you have a horrible eyebrows or hair Minoxidil is a great fix for both and its pretty cheap.It can also be found in most pharmacy's without a prescription

Hydrocortisone (HC) is a topical corticosteroid used to treat inflammation, redness, swelling, etc.
One of its side effects is thinning of skin, which is why we are gonna use it to shrink the tip of our nose,we can find it in any pharmacy for dirt cheap

The Sclera is the white outer layer of the eyeball
the only thing you will need to whiten your sclera is lumify eye drops
Lumify eye drops are over-the-counter eye drops mainly used to make red eyes look whiter and clearer.
- Usually safe for people age 5+
- Don’t overuse it using too often can hide underlying issues
- If you have pain, vision changes, or constant redness, you should see a doctor
