A Beta-Carotene/Astaxanthin/Lycopene Supplement is a must in your routine.

what do you suggest?
Just say the pills bottle was already open or something like that. That’s what I did, and they asked to see a picture and I just showed them the bottle I opened myself.

I wouldn’t have thought that smokers would be at risk tbh. Never heard that smokers shouldn’t eat carrots or sweet potatoes for example.
I feel like cancer is propaganda 90% of the time anyways

Would I even benefit from lycopene/betacarotene if I already use mt2?
Would lycopene undertone compliment the mt2

Lycopene is red tones which is a good health indicator imo. I don’t think there’s harm in combining. MT2 will do most the work, and carotenes will allow healthy glow as well. They work differently.

How can I tell without a before picture?

I would also wait 1-2 months to see any substantial change. And you are using a dosage that’s too low. Take 4 of your 7mg (28mg) caps for the first month or 2 then drop down to 2 caps (14mg). like @Jonas2k7 did.

Extreme water but good reminder overall, I take around 15-30mg beta carotene per day and some additional Astaxanthin sometimes.
Could you dm me before and afters?

It does not get any easier than this.

Beta-Carotene gives your skin a healthy yellowish-reddish tone which has been shown to increase your attractiveness.


"Results indicated that, as predicted, beta-carotene supplementation increased overall yellowness and redness of the skin. Compared to the placebo group, post-supplementation faces in the beta-carotene group were more likely to be chosen as more attractive as well as healthier looking over the pre-supplementation faces."

You're not gonna get anywhere near this level of beta-carotene from your diet, a supplement is necessary (around 15mg beta carotene/a day)

Super cheap and super effective.
what if you take both beta-carotene and lutein+zeaxanthin i've heard it could increase their effect
