Found out from a friend that I have a serious chance with this girl. Im a fat fuck I’m like 5’11 210 lbs of fat. What the fuck do I need to do to get a Vtaper physique ASAP? I don’t want to ruin this opportunity because I’m a fat lazy fuck I will literally go on a super clean diet starting tonight. Recommendations from most to least important. Read my guide from 6 or 7 :feelswhy: months ago if you want more details.

1. Moderate caloric deficit of 300-500kcals.
You're lowkey pretty big so you can get away with a larger deficit without experiencing side effects. Could even do a higher deficit at the beginning if you want, though you should ease up a bit as you get leaner so that you don't tank your testosterone and experience other bad side effects (tired, low libido, trouble sleeping, etc). Don't worry though you won't have these for a while.

2. Strength/hypertrophy training 3-5 times per week, run PPL or any program tbh.
I like PPL. Can either buy a gym membership or just do pushups pullups at a park when theres no kids around (might need to use a resistance band for the pullups, actually start with chinups, they are easier to start out with imo).

4. Stay active in general, like just walk around alot.
Will increase your NEAT (non-exercise activity thermogenic) for very little effort. NEAT accounts for alot of the calories you burn per day. Larger caloric deficit=more fat loss.

5. Intermittent fasting.
Pretty simple just go a long time without eating. Helps with the caloric deficit because you'll be able to eat the same portions of food, just minus one meal.
Might take a while to get used to. Try it out for a week or two to see if you like it or not. If you don't that's fine its not for everyone. Some people have more success with keeping the same number of meals but making everything a little smaller.

6. Increase water intake.
Water fills stomach=no room for food.
Water no calories, food has calories.

Theres more stuff but Im too lazy to type out by hand, but these are the most important. I've lost 10lbs within 3 weeks before n I was at a pretty low bf% already so you can definitely go on a bigger deficit to cut weight faster, without experiencing any negatives. It's your choice to whether or not to hop on drugs. I'm not your mom :forcedsmile:. Speaking as someone whose never used DNP, I'd say don't use it cause if you do the top 3 things I listed you will lose AT LEAST 3.3lbs of bodyfat per week (again, you can get away with a higher deficit so go for it). That's 50%-70% sustainable results without putting shit in your body that you don't understand. But do your research and decide for yourself. It's your life man. Goodluck.

Edit: forgot to mention roughly one 1gram per lbs of body weight so you should eat ~210 grams of protein per day. For reference 1 large egg has 6 grams of protein and one chicken breast has 50 something grams of protein. This one is pretty important too, will help preserve muscle and also protein is more satiating than carbs and fats so you can eat less calories of it while feeling full faster.

Thanks man. Yeah im gonna go on a strict clean diet starting tomorrow and im gonna start walking 20,000 steps a day and try to stay outside as long as possible. I workout 6 days a week for about 45-60 minutes a day (cardio + resistance training). Im gonna drink a gallon of water a day and try to get at least 180g of protein a day and only eat at most 2,000 calories. This latina girl lit a huge fuse under my ass to get my shit together.
