For an example, take Luka Magnotta (perhaps the most extreme case of HPD I've come across).

At around 4:20 he says that he's constantly aware of his looks, constantly comparing himself to other people's looks and thus needs to "step up his game" by hardmaxxing. If this doesn't describe the average PSL "autist" I don't know what does.

Luka was a psycho, yes, but also HPD. Remember: people with HPD tend to be very gullible (and this paired for a wanting of any sort of attention, negative or positive) and thus all the more susceptible to complete amoralism.
