It's not better actually it's just more nutritious

Cooked eggs have more bioavailable protein and the nutrients in raw eggs, its just that raw eggs have the most nutrients. You need to balance it out for maximum effectiveness

Unless you are eating purely for the side amino acids then eating only raw is good.

Eggs dont even have much protein the nutrients are most important also ecpescially in eggs
